Nicholas Sercombe - CEO
Nicholas is the CEO and driving force behind Harry King Television. A comedy and entertainment producer of TV programmes. Creator of numerous TV shows and formats, some for comedians such as Bob Monkhouse, Reeves & Mortimer and Mel Smith, and kids’ animation: e.g. 40 episodes of Freefonix for the BBC. Has produced and EP’d comedy drama in the UK and feature films in Hollywood. A published writer of screenplays and comedy sketches, drama scripts for TV and feature film, and author of books. A bringer-together of creative talent, he has split his time between London and Los Angeles for the last 20 years.
Angus Dent – CFO
Angus is a chartered accountant, a director with a strong background in finance and extensive experience in corporate development. Has established successful start-up ventures, secured millions in funding, restructured, repositioned, floated and sold a range of businesses in a variety of sectors.
Jeremy Marsh – Chairman
Jeremy Marsh is a prominent figure in the British music industry with
more than four decades of experience leading major record labels.
Throughout his distinguished career, Jeremy has held senior
positions at major entertainment companies namely Virgin Records,
Warner Bros Records, RCA and BMG, significantly influencing the
music and entertainment industries. His leadership and innovative
strategies have propelled these organisations to new heights, leaving
an indelible mark on the industry’s history. Jeremy was Warner’s
representative on the industry’s trade body, BPI, from 2009 to 2013.
He has been linked to some of the biggest names in the music world,
engaging with Take That, Enya, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Annie
Lennox and Simon Cowell to name but a few.
Jeremy currently holds a pivotal role as a Strategic Advisor at Warner
Music Group, and in an advisory capacity at Lazarus Consulting, Azoff
Music Company, GLG Ltd and Generous Ape.

Catherine Sugar-Thomas - Consultant
Catherine is a lawyer and a member of the Bar in California. She was Head of TV Business Affairs for 10 years at William Morris Endeavor in Los Angeles, the largest talent agency in the world, and then at IMG (when acquired by WME in 2015). She provides enviable expert advice on deal structure and exploitation of Intellectual Property in the TV industry.

Mark Sandell – Producer
Sales & distribution specialist. Founder of Trinity Filmed Entertainment. Marketing and distribution expert. An Executive Producer of films, such as Believe and Absolutely Anything. A TV Executive Producer and film consultant.
Jeremy Aziz - Producer
Producer and Director of entertainment and factual programmes, an Outside Broadcast Events specialist and creative project resource and development executive. Jeremy has over 25 years’ experience in the TV and film industries.
Jon Turtle - Producer
Jon is Nicholas Sercombe’s Executive Producer in LA. He is a direct plug-in to Hollywood for Harry King Television. He has over 30 years working experience with all of the major studios + Dino de Laurentis, Showtime and Morgan Creek Productions.
Joanne Flores – Development Producer and Office (USA)
Joanne brings her experience at Warner Bros and Gower Studios into the sourcing and development of new projects and the sales of the Harry King Television’s existing slate in Los Angeles.
CONSULTING PRODUCERS
Nigel Wooll – Producer and Line Producer (UK)
Recognised throughout the industry as one of the most experienced producers of film and TV production management. Has produced Ron Howard and Ridley Scott films. He is an accomplished scheduler and budget compiler of immense experience – i.e. his productions are 100% bondable by insurers without question, or sight of paperwork.
Paul Jackson – On call Producer
Doyen of the British television industry. Producer of the most notable comedy and entertainment shows of the last 30 years: French & Sanders, The Young Ones, Lenny Henry, Red Dwarf, The Two Ronnies and, most recently, Benidorm. A TV executive: Controller of Entertainment & Comedy at the BBC, then the same at ITV; founding executive in Carlton TV. Founding chairman of Comic Relief.
David Green – Executive Producer and Director
Started out at Yorkshire TV, directing Emmerdale Farm. A Producer and creator of numerous TV shows, including Hollywood Wives and Bridezillas. A TV format creator. A notable TV executive: the founder of September Films, Managing Director of DCD Media PLC and several American TV companies. He directed the film Buster.
